Our Services
Our quality process is quite strict, all our rates include TEP (Translation, Editing and Proofreading) done by different translators and editors to make sure that the stages are completed using always a “fresh pair of eyes”. We also spellcheck and QA all our jobs before the delivery to the client and terminology databases are created for each client as well as guidelines to make sure that the correct terminology and jargon are used in each job.
Translation – Our translation services include editing and proofreading (TEP), unless otherwise agreed.
Translation only projects are not a regular policy for us. We believe there isn’t a good translator who is capable of sending their work without editing and we pride ourselves to work with those kind.
Editing – The translation is compared to the source text, and the translated text is reviewed as a whole. The editor should check for things like word choice, clarity, conciseness, consistency, jargon, and register. The editor should be an expert in both languages and should also know the subject matter deeply.
Proofreading – A careful inspection. At this stage, the goal is to clean up the text, the source text is forgotten and the translated text must stand on its own. A proofreader may be monolingual only and may not be expert on the subject, but should be expert on the writing style guide used within the target language and target audience.

Project Management – Even if you have your own localization project managers, but would like to outsource some of their work to a language service provider, our project managers can help you with that.
